FAQ's

Q. Why are your prices so cheap?

A. We are equipped with the latest in print technology and operate with a fully automatic workflow. This enables us to print with less costs and less manpower, whilst, reducing the chances of human error.


Q. How do I setup my artwork?

A. Please refer to the Artwork Setup Guide on our website, if you cannot create or setup your artwork, we can set it up for you. This however will be at a rate of $90 per hour. We will provide you the final print ready files and you can then use that to upload it when placing you order.


Q. Do you deliver? Or Can I pick-up my order?

A. We deliver anywhere in Melbourne Metro Free of Charge. Alternatively, for a quicker process you may pick up you order.


Q. What is your turn-around time?

A. Most jobs are delivered in 3 working days. Some jobs however due to the size and finish can take a little longer. We also offer next day dispatch, for this however you will need to contact a member of our sales team to see if it is applicable to what you wish to order. This may cost a little bit extra. Business card orders take 6 working days to dispatch.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payment by credit card and direct deposit. For credit card payment we only accept Visa and MasterCard.
