Shipping & Returns

Your delivery will be calculated at the checkout, based on your order. We deliver via courier to your chosen address, so we need someone available to sign for your order, or alternatively, to give us authority to leave it at your address.

The other option, for a quicker turn-around time, is that you may pick up you order directly from our Broadmeadows factory at 1 Northcorp Boulevard, Broadmeadows.

Artwork specifications

- Artwork to be supplied in (hi resolution) PDF format

- Artwork to be supplied CMYK Colour

- A minimum of 3mm bleed border (external and internal border)

- Trim Marks

- Images to be supplied in 300dpi

- Embellishments (Spot UV, Scodix, Foil Stamping) to be supplied on PDF as a solid PMS colour. Please note embellishments do not apply to flyers or posters)

Dropdown Selections

Select which print specifications you prefer for that product using the drop-down menus. Each drop-down menu option adjusts the overall price. Colour, quantity, single/double side print, lamination changes your pricing.

Artwork Options

Choose if you have print ready artwork or if you would like a digital proof. It’s important to understand the difference between the two options below.

I have print ready artwork – Your artwork complies with print ready PDF standards. Expand the 'Artwork Specifications' option on the order page to check if your artwork meets the requirements. We will not proof your artwork back to you, and will go straight to print.

Proof My Artwork – You are unsure if your artwork complies with 'Artwork Specifications' and are requesting our Graphics team check it. They will advise if additional adjustments need to be made, and if additional costs are applicable. The team will email a Digital Proof before printing which needs your written approval before proceeding.

Confirming Your Selection

Once you select your variation, click Add to Cart. You do not need to upload your artwork until you receive a confirmation email. Once happy with your selection you can then continue browsing our online store, or simply checkout via the checkout page. The shopping cart button will show you what items you have added to your basket.

Delivery - Turn Around Time

Most products will take 3- 5 business days, however larger quantities will take up to 7 - 10 days including delivery. Selecting "I need priority printing" will be an additional $35 and fast track your job.
